ENGINE REBUILDS & REMANUFACTURING
When your engine is worn out or damaged, MJM Engines handles the entire rebuild process under one roof. Our certified technicians perform a complete teardown, precision inspection, and full rebuild — restoring your engine to OEM specs using kind-for-kind replacement parts. We also accept carry-out engine work — bring us your engine and we'll handle the machine work and rebuild.
Every rebuild includes in-house machine work — we don't ship your block to a third-party shop. That means tighter tolerances, faster turnaround, and a single point of accountability from teardown to warranty.

IN-HOUSE MACHINE SHOP
Our fully equipped machine shop handles every precision operation required for a proper engine rebuild. When you bring your engine to MJM, it never leaves our facility until it's done — no waiting on outside vendors, no quality control gaps.
CYLINDER BORING & HONING
We bore cylinders to exact oversize specs and finish with a precision hone for optimal ring seal and oil control.
CRANKSHAFT GRINDING
Main and rod journals ground to factory or undersize specs, restoring proper bearing clearances and eliminating wear.
SURFACE DECKING
Block and head surfaces milled flat to restore proper sealing — critical after warping, overheating, or head gasket failure.
VALVE SEAT CUTTING
Precision valve seat cutting and refacing for proper sealing, compression, and heat transfer in rebuilt cylinder heads.
LINE BORING
Main bearing bore alignment restored to factory spec — essential after block damage or bearing failure.
CAM BEARING INSTALLATION
Proper cam bearing installation with correct alignment and clearance for long-term reliability.
